Suddenly my chromium.org account requires 2-step verification.
Since I have never set the primary device. so I cannot sign-in.
My chromium account is "soushi@chromium.org"

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)https://crbug.com
(2)Enter my chromium.org account and password.
(3)Required 8-digit pass code, but I have never set the primary device. so I cannot sign-in.

What is the expected result?
Can sign-in without 2-step verification to set my device as primary device.

What happens instead?
Cannot sign-in, my account has been blocked by 2-step verification.
