REPRO STEPS:
1.Check <Show expanded input options in the shelf> in the setting page
2.Open menu list 
3.Click Mic icon to enable input voice


ACTUAL RESULTS:
If ever switch to HW panel , then input voice enabled will be in HW panel ,disabled it ,can not enabled it again at once, need to minimized HW panel , re-open menu list to click voice icon ;

Expected:
Maybe always makes voice icon show in vk layout is ok ;
