A flash for last layout when click Emoji icon in menu list

Input tools version: 6.6.6.7
 
REPRO STEPS:
1.Check <Show expanded input options in the shelf> in the setting page
2.Open menu list 
3.Click Emoji icon

 

ACTUAL RESULTS:
Always have a flash for last layout ,then display current panel ; 
e.g. if last layout is vk, then when switch to EMoji , show its vk first ,then display emoji panel
