Issue descriptionChrome Version (from the about:version page): 49.0.2623.108 Built on Ubuntu 14.04, running on LinuxMint 17.3 (64-bit) Is this the most recent version: Yes OS + version: LinuxMint 17.3 (64-bit) CPU architecture (32-bit / 64-bit): 64 Bit Window manager: Cinnamon URLs (if relevant): Internal Behavior in Linux Firefox: Normal Behavior in Windows Chrome (if you have access to it): Normal What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Open internal page with RapidSSL Certificate (2) Get error message (3) Cannot view site What is the expected result? The website to be displayed correctly. What happens instead? Error Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot and backtrace if possible.

Sounds to me that your laptop is losing its time. And that it does an NTP sync and then it works correctly. What time and date is shown when you reboot your laptop?

Forget this issue, was a thing on a local apache which had some content being transferred without SSL. Still strange issue, but not a Chromium one!
