Highlight always in the first menu item when select other any input tool

Input tools version: 6.6.6.7
 
REPRO STEPS:
1.Check <Show expanded input options in the shelf> in the setting page
2.Open menu list 
3.Select any input tool
 

ACTUAL RESULTS:
Highlight always display in the first input tool , refers to screenshot
