Looks like this is due to the use unexpected use of html entities inside a CSS stylesheet.

>   font-family: Roboto, 'Helvetica Neue', 'Lucida Grande', sans-serif;

This is invalid syntax. Attempted to be interpreted as "font-family: Roboto, '" but ignored either way.
