Issue descriptionTaken from https://code.google.com/p/chrome-os-partner/issues/detail?id=51355 Version: 50.0.2661.20 dev What steps will reproduce the problem? 1.DUT is in Sign in screen\BT is enable\scan 2.find one HID keyboard\click to ask Pair 3.when DUT display Pair request window, click "Cancel" 4.BT\Scan and find this HID again\click it try to ask Pair again\ but DUT flash the pair-request window. What is the expected output? Pair HID-Keyboard again then it can display pair window What do you see instead? Pair HID-Keyboard again but DUT won't display pair window

This happens in the login screen as well as when logged in.

I couldn't repro this with a pair of headphones. I will try to get a hold of a keyboard to try, but this can probably wait until the Settings revamp since it requires cancelling a pairing and can presumably be worked around.
