[B1758] Replace Terra DVT and setup conductive rig

Steps:
  Verify device (asset tag: C073431) powers on and boots
  Install servo debug header
  Install servo cable
  Install pigtails
  Remove HWWP screw
  Disable software write-protect (detailed in Danny's email)
  Switch to dev mode
  Install ToT test image
  Install Dev signed firmware
  Set gbb_flags for fast boot
  Switch to normal mode
  Verify no firmware screen on boot
  Re-install test image in normal mode
  Run network_WiFi_VerifyRouter on test-station
  Connect servo
  Run platform_InstallTestImage on test-station
  Replace device at android1758-row4-rack3-host1
  Remove conductive:False and add conductive:True to autotest
  Run network_WiFi_VerifyRouter in B1758
  Run platform_InstallTestImage in B1758
  Return Terra DVT to crosdistros
  Update spreadsheet

Status: Fixed (was: Assigned)
We already have Terra conductive setup since a long time. May be I forgot to update the issue.  https://ubercautotest.corp.google.com/afe/#tab_id=view_host
