OS: All(Win-7 Aero Enabled)

Pr-condition: 1. Enable Material Design history from chrome://flags.
               2. Create some history by navigating any webpage.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://history.
(2) Click on iron icon and then select 'Remove from history' and observe.

Nothing is happened after clicking on 'Remove from history' option.

After clicking on 'Remove from history', it should be remove from history.

This is regression issue,broken in 'M-50', below is bisect info:

Good build: 50.0.2638.0
Bad Build: 50.0.2639.0
