Regression:Dropdown list is not displayed in "thebay.com"

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and navigate to the above URL.
(2)Hover mouse on 'Price' in 'Refine by' section and observe.

Actual result:Drop down list is not displayed on hovering mouse over 'Price' in 'Refine by' section.

Expected result:Drop down list should be displayed on hovering mouse over 'Price' in 'Refine by' section.

This is a Regression issue broken in M-51,below is the Narrow bisect information:

Correction in Manual regression range:
Good build:51.0.2673.0
Bad build:51.0.2674.0

I'm guessing r380363 changed the script's behavior.

The script is raising an exception stopping execution.
hbc-catalog-search-display.js:6 Uncaught TypeError: e.node.getAttribute is not a function

Reproduction steps:
Open http://www.thebay.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/en/thebay/brand/TOPMAN/mens/topman-new-arrivals-en?sre=TM_MOD2
Hover over buttons under "Refine by:" and the menu isn't displayed.

M51 Stable is launching very soon! Your bug is labelled as Stable ReleaseBlock, pls make sure to land the fix and get it merged ASAP. All changes MUST be merged into the release branch by 5pm on May 20 to make into the desktop Stable final build cut. Thank you!

I was able to reproduce this on the reported version:51.0.2702.0 but couldn't repro on the latest canary(52.0.2740.0) and the latest M-51(51.0.2704.54) on Windows-7, Mac OS 10.11.4, Linux Ubuntu 14.04.

adharap@: Could you please check this from your end and confirm.
