What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome >> Open any page[Ex:NTP] >> Hit F12 to open devtools
(2) Go to Timeline section >> Hit F5 from keyboard to get the timeline section loaded
(3) Now collapse Main Thread option and observe the empty space
Expected: No unwanted space should be seen in timeline section.
Actual: Instead unwanted space is seen.
This is a regression issue broken in M51.
Good Build: 51.0.2681.0 dev
Bad Build: 51.0.2682.0 dev
