Omnibox new tab typing crash

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 49.0.2623.110 m
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari:OK
    Firefox:OK
         IE:OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Open new tab
(2)Type anything
(3)Crash

What is the expected result?
Not crashing

What happens instead?
Crashing

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
I think this is linked to another issue that happened a couple years ago, turning off predictive text fixed the problem but with predictive text for the omnibox on every few tabs chrome will crash, repeating the crashing a few time causes explorer to spaz out too

Unable to reproduce the issue on mac 10.11 chrome version 50.0.2661.94	

Could you please try the same with a new profile where there are no apps/extensions and update the thread. You can create a new profile from chrome://settings. If issue still exists please provide us with the crash ID generated from chrome://crashes for further investigation.

Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows 7, Mac 10.11.5, Ubuntu 14.04 using 49.0.2623.110, latest stable 50.0.2661.102, canary 53.0.2749.0 as per steps in comment #0.

fakey_fake@Could you please check the issue on latest chrome channels and update the thread if issue still persists.
To be clear: we need a crash ID to do anything with this, unless you can provide a consistent set of steps to reproduce on a clean profile.
