Issue descriptionChrome Version:51.0.2702.0 Revision 208b9d3c98bb3f1612ecc7c5e4abe49f8ea75210-refs/heads/master@{#385602}(32/64 bit) OS:Windows(Win 7 Aero enabled),Linux What steps will reproduce the problem? 1.Launch chrome,click on avatar icon and click on 'switch person' add person 2.Click on arrow icon from R.H.S such that 'remove this person' appears. 3.Now click on 'maximize button and observe the overlay. Actual: Weird flickering of remove this person drop down list is seen on maximizing switch person overlay. Expected: Flickering of remove this person drop down list should not be seen on maximizing. This is a Non-regression issue seen from 'M34' series i.e (Chrome version: 34.0.1809.0) Note: Issue not seen on Mac OS.
