Canvas content becomes empty after opening downloaded file

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.110 Safari/537.36

Example URL:

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open link (https://jsfiddle.net/924e02jh/)
2. Click "Download file" link in "Result" frame
3. File will be downloaded and displayed in bottom download bar
4. Open file, it will be shown in a new tab
5. Close new tab with opened file (chrome will send focus back to example tab)
6. Canvas is empty (rectangle and text disappeared)

What is the expected behavior?
Always display canvas content

What went wrong?
Somehow canvas was cleared

Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? Yes Chrome v48

Does this work in other browsers? Yes 

Chrome version: 49.0.2623.110 (also reproduced on Chromium 51.0.2683.0 (DEV))  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

1. If you try to reproduce this when your developer tools is opened, you will see correct result instead of reproduction, so close your dev. tools.
2. Open dev. tools AFTER reproduction of this bug and try to call "toDataURL" of empty canvas. It will return correct Base64 string with image.

Thanks for taking the time to file this.

I'm unable to reproduce this locally (in 49 or 51) but I'm running on a pretty beefy machine and I can imagine this bug happening under memory pressure. @junov, is this covered under your context loss work?
