Precondition: Enable 'new gaia password-separated sign in flow' flag from 'chrome://flags'.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Launch chrome, go to chrome://settings, click on Sign in to chrome button.
2) Enter valid Email id, press 'Next' button and then click on ‘Back’ arrow
3) Observe.

Actual: Delay is observed on back navigation within the ‘Sign in ‘ overlay.
Expected: Delay should not be seen.

This is non regression issue, seen from 'M 50’ (50.0.2641.0)
