Menu list can not be opened when switch to Japan input vk

Firmware Google_Clapper.5216.199.7
Input tools version: 6.6.6.7
 
REPRO STEPS:
1.Check <Show expanded input options in the shelf> in the setting page
2.Press alt+shift to switch input tools to Japan input (for us or for Japanese)
3.Click input tools icon in the shelf 
 
ACTUAL RESULTS:
Menu list can not be opened , it have a flash
