Desktop is visible when application is shared and user moves to another desktop in multi desktop environment

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/48.0.2564.116 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Share an application(on windows 10) 2. Navigate to another desktop using WIN+TAB 3. New desktop is now shared What is the expected behavior? The new desktop should not get shared, instead the previous application that was originally shared should still be shared. What went wrong? WebRTC is used for enabling sharing via chrome app/extension. WebRTC is capturing wrong content. WebStore page: Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 48.0.2564.116 Channel: n/a OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0 This issue occurs only on windows 10
