Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/48.0.2564.116 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Try sharing from chrome application using web RTC 2. Applications that are in minimized mode do not appear on sharing panel, hence cannot be shared. What is the expected behavior? Minimized applications should also be allowed to get shared. What went wrong? WebRTC is used for enabling sharing via chrome app/extension. Only the applications that are in background can get shared, not the minimized applications. Verified in hangouts application also. WebStore page: Did this work before?
