Steps To Reproduce:
(1)Autoupdate to the M51 TOT build

Expected Result: Uber tray on the right corner of the screen

Actual Result: Uber tray displayed on the left top corner and clicking on it is non functional

How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to
reproduce?)

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it?
