[Regression] Settings and About pages rendered with Times Roman

Version: 51.0.2701.0 canary
OS: OS X 10.11

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Bring up the Settings or About pages
(2) Observe the font used for the pages

What is the expected output?
On 10.11 these pages are rendered using Helvetica Neue.

What do you see instead?
The pages are rendered in Times Roman.
