Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.110 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go to YouTube Creator studio - https://www.youtube.com/dashboard?o=U 2. Hover over channel name for a few seconds, wait till "page refresh" starts 3. When refresh starts, start typing in a query What is the expected behavior? query appears in the search bar What went wrong? query appears in the search bar after ~15 seconds Did this work before? Yes M48 Chrome version: 49.0.2623.110 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.11.4 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0 Video with steps to reproduce here: https://youtu.be/zXad9AQs1gM Can be reproduced on Canary. Works fine in other browsers.

Able to reproduce the issue on windows 7, Linux Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.11.3 using chrome version 49.0.2623.110 and canary 51.0.2701.0. This is regression issue broken in M49.
