ozone x11 on nyan

My understanding is that certain refactorings of the display code would be simplified if mus/ozone could assume freon underpinnings instead of x11 or freon. Find out if we can use cros/ozone/x11 on nyan.

This will be made unnecessary with  crbug.com/478339  so would just duplicate work. So no plans to work on this unless Ozone GBM for nyan is no longer being worked on.

Yeah https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=478339 is still being worked on, it will happen eventually, just give us time...
