Svg Selector is not aligned with svg image on browser. however it is working fine in IE and other browsers

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.110 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. load any svg image 
2. drag image over the canvas
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
selector should be aligned with image

What went wrong?
pls shre any patch or changes required for chrome

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 49.0.2623.110  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

Could you share with what/into what you are loading the SVG? (I don't recoqnize the toolbar/handles in the screenshot.)
