Pre-condition: ‘Adguard AdBlocker’ extension should be add to chrome.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and navigate to https://hangouts.google.com/?hl=en&authuser=0 (Sig in with valid credential)
2. Click on ‘Camera’ icon for video call/chat such that hangout window appears and then click on ‘Menu’ button next to ‘Settings’ icon.
3. Select ‘Feedback’ option and  observe
4. Click on ‘Cancel’ button of the feedback overlay and observe.

Actual: Distorted hangout is observed.
Expected: Hangout should render properly.

This is non regression issue, seen from ‘M 36’  (36.0.1971.0)
