Browser crashes when certain characters searched for

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2700.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Type "http://%22c/Program%20Files%20(x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Sid%20Meier's%20Civilization%20V/Assets/DLC" in omnibox without quotes and press enter
2. Click the search Google link
3. Crash!

What is the expected behavior?
The browser should redirect to google to search for the query

What went wrong?
The whole browser crashes

You have to attempt to browse to the link to get the crash
