Add Bug number which got updated: Issue 600139


Issue/Concern or feedback:

Two problems:
1. I requested feedback, reporter asked another question, I answered, but still waiting  for feedback.  This bot came along and removed Needs-Feedback and added Needs-Review, even though the last comment on the bug was by me.
2. This rule is only supposed to fire on bugs that received feedback 7 days ago, but this bug only received feedback 22 hours prior.

Thank you for the report.

We check for bugs which are modified in the last 7 days NOT received before 7 days. so if the reporter replies, the bot looks at it and adds "Needs-Review" label.

Ok, that addresses problem #2, but what about problem #1?

Update on problem #1.
We check for a ping from the reporter after  "Needs-Feedback" label is added. Once we receive it we remove "Needs-Feedback" label and add "Needs-Review" label.

The idea here is to get the attention of the "Needs-Feedback" requester that an update has been made on their feedback.

We can add a check to see if the 'requester' already commented, then ignore this bot update, but again we see in many cases that the requester forgets to remove "Needs-Feedback" label when feedback is received.
