Regression: [md] Duplicate history result is seen after clicking on 'More from this site' multiple times.

Chrome Version: 51.0.2701.0 (Official Build) (64-bit) 5d32c4d7ac9cd3e4a45a5cc1fc547103b66816c7-refs/heads/master@{#385337}
OS: Windows, Mac, Linux

Pre-condition: 
1. Enable Material Design history from chrome://flags.
2. Create some history by navigating any webpage.
Steps:
1. Launch Chrome and navigate to chrome://history
2. Click on Menu icon seen against URL(i.e three dots) and click on 'More from this site'
3. Repeat step 2 and observe

Actual: Duplicate history result is seen after clicking on 'More from this site' multiple times.

Expected: Duplicate history result should not be seen or 'More from this site' should not be clickable multiple times.

This is a regression issue broken in M-51, below is bisect info.

Good build: 51.0.2695.1

Bad build: 51.0.2696.0

Thanks for the report, I can reproduce it.

I've got a simple partial fix available, but it's difficult for us to get this 100% solved at the moment.

Bumping down the priority since this is an in-progress feature.
