http://ordasoft.com/demo.php?view=pc&t=Carpathians

I have a some maybe strange question.
On this page we have photo with wolf, with position fixed. All this demo is in iframe and when we scroll page we can see that photo with fixed position is jumping.
I now that chrome does't support fixed in iframe but in 32bit version of browser photo not jumping.
We see jumping bug on some 64bit systems, i have this bug on win10 and fedora 23 (Version 49.0.2623.110 (64-bit) chrome).

What i can do with this?

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 49.0.2623.110 Channel: stable
OS Version: fedora 23
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

fixed background is jumping in all iframe on some system(x64)
