Weird behavior of menu options is seen in getting started page

Version:  50.0.2661.66 beta 
OS: Ubuntu 12.04,14.04,windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome and go to https://www.google.co.uk/intl/en/chrome/browser/welcome.html
(2) Hit F12 for devtools >> Hover mouse between for mobiles and features untill you see default mouse pointer 
(3) Now close devtools by hitting F12 from keyboard and observe menu options

Expected: Menu options should be seen proper.
Actual: Instead weird behavior of menu options is seen.

This is a non-regression issue seen from M35. 35.0.1916.150 stable

Able to reproduce the issue on windows 7 using chrome version 50.0.2661.66.
Not observed this issue on Mac 10.11.3.
