Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open single Tab access daum.net
2. check the tile memory using kgsl command check the count.
3. close the tab and go to home screen
4. repeat 1 -3 for long time around 1 hour or so. 
the tile texture memory is getting increased.
I think resource pool is not clearing the tile memory. 

What is the expected behavior?
Once we close the tab the resource pool should clear the memory. Only the limited size it should keep.

What went wrong?
We are following chrome 44 version. 
we have noticed this issue in specific h/w like Adreno510.
