OS: Windows (Win 7 Aero-Enabled)

Steps:
1. Launch chrome and navigate to https://www.google.co.in/
2. Go to 'Google.co.in offered in' and click on 'हिन्दी' and observe the translate icon.

Actual: Translate icon appear weird.
Expected: Translate icon should be proper.

This is a regression issue broken in M-51, will soon update the other info.
