Regression: Font issue is observed on ‘ chrome://settings'

Chrome Version:51.0.2701.0 (Official Build) (64-bit) 5d32c4d7ac9cd3e4a45a5cc1fc547103b66816c7-refs/heads/master@{#385337}
OS: Windows, Mac

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://settings/
2. Observe the font.

Actual: Font issue is observed.
Expected: Font should be proper.

This is regression issue,broken in ‘M 51’ and will soon update the info.

Note: Issue is not seen on Linux OS.

just to update, observing the issue on chrome://help; chrome://downloads; chrome://extensions pages also.

adding RB-label, please change if required.

Hi, Please check the this page within chrome:
chrome://resources/css/text_defaults.css
That page should be setting the font.
If that page is messed up in some way, please let me know
(it may be something I broke and would be best able to fix).
