Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 7834.66.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.111 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Enable ChromeVox 2. Go to address bar (Ctrl + L) 3. Attempt to turn on sticky keys What is the expected behavior? Sticky keys is enabled/disabled like normal What went wrong? The shortcut to enable or disable sticky keys has no effect when outside the normal page content. This can be triggered by going to the address bar (Ctrl + L) or going into bookmarks (Alt + Shift + B), among other things. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 49.0.2623.111 Channel: stable OS Version: 7834.66.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

Do you mean the sticky mode or the accessibility option sticky keys? Anyways both of them are working fine with the steps in #0 for me in 51.0.2704.0 version

The option to turn it on and off. It may be an issue of ChromeVox classic vs Next. http://www.chromevox.com/next.html says Sticky keys work everywhere. In ChromeVox Next, sticky keys work across the entire user interface, including the shelf and status tray. So this may be a known issue in Classic.

That's correct, this is working as intended - we've addressed this issue in ChromeVox Next |
