Regression : Arrows symbols are not seen in "No throttling" drop down

Version: 51.0.2701.0
OS: Ubuntu 12.04,14.04,Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome ->Go to any Page(Ex:Chrome://settings)
(2)Now Press F12 to open Dev tools->Click on "Toggle device toolbar" -> Now click the "More options" from device toolbar
(3)Now click on "Show throttling" option-> click on "No throttling" Drop down and Observe for Arrow symbols (Please refer "Actual_Throttling" Video)

Expected: Arrows in "No throttling" drop down  should be seen
Actual: Instead no Arrows are seen i.e. only Text is seen


This is Regression Issue broken in M-51

Manual good and Bad Builds:
Good Build: 51.0.2699.0
Bad Build:  51.0.2700.0

will provide Tool Bisect info soon.

1)If it is Intended change then the change should reflect in No throttling drop down of Network Tab and in Console i.e. Network Throttling Drop Down(Please refer "Actual_Throttling1" and "Actual_Throttling2" screenshots)
2)In Windows Boxes are seen in  Network Tab and in Console  instead Arrow Symbols

@dgozman: Please confirm whether the behaviour is intended or not.

This issue is reproducible on Mac 10.11.3 using chrome version 51.0.2701.0 as well.

This is intentional. See  issue 595247 .

As per Comment #3 if it is intended then the change should reflect in No throttling drop down of Network Tab and in Console.

Linux Behaviour : In Both Drop down Arrow Symbols are seen 
[Please refer "Actual_ThrottlingInConsole-LinuxBehaviour" and "Actual_ThrottlingInNetworkTab-LinuxBehaviour" screenshots]

Windows Behaviour : As per " Issue 595247 " if it is fixed then still Boxes are seen [Please refer "Actual_ThrottlingInConsole-WindowsBehaviour" and "Actual_ThrottlingInNetworkTab-WindowsBehaviour" screenshots]

re #c4: looks like a bug in  issue 595247  was not fixed to the full extent. I'll follow up there.
