UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.110 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open a random page (e.g. www.bing.com)
2. Continually and quickly right click the mouse.
3. For first 8~10 times, the context menu could show up.
4. Then it suddenly not show up any more, even I refresh the page.

What is the expected behavior?
I think the context menu should always display once I right click the mouse. Not sure if Chrome's feature to prevent user to do so.

What went wrong?
right click the mouse continually and quickly, context menu suddenly stop display.

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 49.0.2623.110  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.11.4
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0

Tried with the version 45 and 49, both not work.
