Funny enough, I just looked at a similar bug. Which Dell printer is this?

Is the following correct? 64-bit Windows 10, 64-bit Dell driver (that does not say Windows 10 support) and 32-bit Chrome.

Does switching to 64-bit Chrome help at all?
The Dell printer is the 3000CN.

Chrome tells me that it's 64-bit, too...

Looks like the image attached to the email got dropped. You'll have to use the web interface to upload the image, but no worries, I can imagine what that image looks like. It was just a bit confusing because the crash report says chrome.dll is C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\49.0.2623.110\chrome.dll, rather than C:\Program Files\...

Merged all the duplicate bugs that I can find.

Well, I wanted to try installing the Dell 3000CN / 3100CN A5 driver to the FILE: port so I can pretend to have the printer for testing purposes... and the installation resulted in the entire Windows print spooler subsystem crashing.

fourgotten@, could you please follow c#9 and see it will fixes your issue too?

Thank you!
Given the existence of an alternate driver that works, please just use that. It is unlikely we can work around bugs in printer drivers, so I will probably close this bug as WontFix. I'm happy to hear there's a work around. :)
Sorry - been swamped.

Just installed that driver and Chrome no longer crashes - haven't tried printing to the printer yet, so let's hope that works properly, though the printer isn't on the supported list for that driver. :)
A good work-around via Chrome would be to have the ability to enable/disable printing to specific printers through Chrome. Sadly, this crash wasn't even allowing me to choose the print method (I was trying to save as PDF) before the crashes occurred.

I think bug 625196 covers the comment 15 issue. Closing this out given the alternate driver.
