Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Logon to server using Chrome RDP
2. Launch Notepad
3. Hold down any letter - it wont repeat

What is the expected behavior?
The key that is depressed should repeat.

What went wrong?
It doesn't repeat.

The Chrome RDP connection has disabled the functionality.
