Device failed to send its ASSET ID and location information warning message

M	ChromeOS	Chrome	Type	Channel
50	7978.42.0	50.0.2661.64	release	beta

Steps to repro:
1.Get latest build and enable ASSET ID policy as true(Populate Asset ID and Location fields during enrollment)
2.Device Name and Location is already added once during enrollment,so same field value will display.
3.Do not change any value of Asset id and Location and click Done.
Warning message is displayed

Note:Could not repro every time.
