Slight flickering when tapped on Next in Sign In screen. |

Issue descriptionApp Version: 51.0.2700.0 canary iOS Version: 9.2.1, 9.3 Device: iPhone 6S Steps to reproduce: 1. Perform fresh install and launch chrome 2. Scroll the FRE slides to ‘Sign In’ 3. Type in the user name and tap on Next. Observed results: Slight flickering when tapped on Next in Sign In screen. Expected results: There should be no flickering. The next password page should open smoothly. Number of times you were able to reproduce: 5/5 Bug reproducible after clean install: Yes Bug reproducible after clearing cache and cookies: Yes Bug reproducible on Chrome Mobile on Android: NA Bug reproducible on Dolphin/Safari/Firefox: Firefox: NA, Safari: NA Bug reproducible on current stable build (App Version, iOS Version): No on M49 Bug reproducible on the current beta channel build (App Version, iOS Version): No on M50 Type-bug-regression?
