Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/49.0.2623.110 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open developer tools 2. Switch to source tab What is the expected behavior? Folder icons are yellow file icons are not yellow What went wrong? The folder icons are blue and the file icons are yellow. On windows, this makes file icons look like folders and folder icons look not like folders. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 49.0.2623.110 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 21.0 r0 Widnows (and may other platforms) have traditionally used yellow icons for folders. Chrome should only use yellow for folder icons on these platforms. I see no reason chrome couldn't query the operating system for the system-default folder icon.

I know what chrome does and it's wrong, that's why I filed the bug.

The folders are in fact yellow-ish. The blue icons are only used for the URL path tokens. I think it is consistent with Windows.
