inputcontol command is missing

Project Member Reported by sergeygs@google.com, Apr 5 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 8104.2.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2688.0 Safari/537.36
Platform: 8104.2.0 (Official Build) dev-channel link

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open crosh (Ctrl-Alt-T)
2. Try running inputcontrol
crosh> inputcontrol
/usr/bin/crosh: line 942: /opt/google/input/inputcontrol: No such file or directory
3. Double check the name using `help_advanced`: yes, it's `inputcontrol`.

What is the expected behavior?
`inputcontrol` should be available, or, if the name has changed, `help_advanced` should be updated.

What went wrong?
/usr/bin/crosh: line 942: /opt/google/input/inputcontrol: No such file or directory

Did this work before? N/A

Support for that command was removed along with freon on most machines. Link doesn't support it, but some platforms (e.g. blaze) still do.
Ok, but then please remove references to it from the `help` command's output.
