While the new page loads, there is a brief moment when the page does not contain mixed content, for which the valid lock icon is green. We could try to delay swapping the new icon to a more secure version until the new page has "finished loading", but this is hard to define and can legitimately take a long time on some sites/networks. See Issue 549407 for a complementary bug on iOS.
