DevTools: captured screenshot includes extra details (from mistaken hover) |

Issue descriptionI mistakenly hovered over part of the image when I clicked the "screenshot" item in the overflow (device mode) menu. And it captured a view I didn't expect (attached). I'd expect hover states to be ignored while generating screenshots (unless there's some deliberate way to both hover and screenshot at the same time like triggering the screenshot with a keyboard shortcut).
