Regression: Close button is seems to be chopped and looks weird in search box for 'Settings' page.

Chrome Version: 51.0.2700.0 (Official Build)031aebddd2c595f9bcbf9c11457b5b23ced055fa-refs/heads/master@{#385057} 32/64-bit.
OS: Windows(Win 7-Aero enabled), Linux. 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://settings page.
2. Type any alphabet in 'Search' box (For Ex- 'S') and click outside of 'search' box.
3. Now hover the mouse pointer inside the 'Search' box and observe the close (X) icon.

Close button is seems to be chopped from bottom end.
Close button should seen properly.

This is a regression issue, broken in M-51 series, will soon update other info.

Note: 
1. This issue is also reproducible for 'Search history' box.
2. This issue is not seen on Mac OS.
