[Regression]: Weird font is seen in downloads bar

Version:51.0.2700.0 dev
OS: Ubuntu 14.04

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome >> Save any page/image and observe downloads bar  

Expected: Font should be clear in downloads bar
Actual: Instead unwanted highlight of font is seen.

This is a regression issue broken in M51. Will provide other info soon.

Able to reproduce this on Linux Ubuntu 14.04, chrome version: 51.0.2700.0 but works fine with Windows-7 and Mac OS 10.11.3 with the same chrome version. Issue also works fine on Linux Ubuntu 12.04.
