memory-infra: "size" of blink_gc seems broken |

Issue descriptionVersion: ToT OS: All What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Open a tab and DevTool (2) Navigate to http://edition.cnn.com. Reload 2-3 times. (3) Take memory dumps by using chrome://tracing with 'memory-infra' category What is the expected output? Reasonable value for "size" of blink_gc. For example, it should be less than total resident. What do you see instead? "size" of blink_gc is unexpectedly high. Please use labels and text to provide additional information. Refer attached screenshot and trace.
