Disconnect MTP devices - no indication that it is safe to do so without ejecting.

Reported by jim.dan...@gmail.com, Apr 4 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 7978.36.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/50.0.2661.57 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Connect a device as MTP
2. No "eject" icon visible because MTP doesn't require eject
3. But user has no way of knowing they are using MTP or if icon is simply missing

What is the expected behavior?
Absence of an Eject icon is a poor UI indication that the user can simply disconnect at will. MTP devices can be safely disconnected at any time; but, without some sort of identification, users are confused and concerned.

What went wrong?
ChromeOS does not identify the device type has been detected as MTP. Suggest adding (MTP) after the device name, or some other appropriate icon to signify that the device does not need to be ejected.

Did this work before? N/A

Here is another ongoing thread on CBC that involves the Eject icon. The complexity in this case involves trying to determine if there should or should not be a visible icon for the individual users. Please review the thread to appreciate the confusion and frustration level of many different users.

This thread is related to the eject issue. In this case an eject icon is shown, but unusable.

There are times when ChromeOS will not respond to an Eject and the user is stuck in a state where they cannot remove the external device - "Don't remove your Device Just Yet!"

Weifang, let us know if you have any suggestions to tell users that mounted MTP device like Android phone does not need to be ejected before unplugging it.

(Bulk Edit) Adding the new conops Chrome OS hotlist to all open issues with the "#CBC-RS/TC-watchlist" tag, our former tracking tag.
