Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Type text into the address bar
2. Copy that text
3. Clear the Address/URL bar, then attempt to paste it; The text you attempted to copy will not paste onto the bar.

What is the expected behavior?
Copying/Cutting from the Address/URL bar normally copies the text to the clipboard.

What went wrong?
Text does not cut or copy from the Address/URL bar.
