Unable to eject SD card after playing video fails

Project Member Reported by abodenha@chromium.org, Apr 4 2016

Issue description

Version: 49.0.2623.111
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Insert an SD card
(2) Attempt to play a video from it
(3) Close the video player
(4) Attempt to click eject in files app

What is the expected output?
SD card should be unmounted and ready for safe removal

What do you see instead?
Get a message that we can't eject now because files are in use.

This happens after triggering bug 600414 . The task manager will show background tabs running for both files app and video player. If I manually kill the process for those it recovers and I'm able to eject.
