OS: Mac OSX 10.11.4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Initiate a route (e.g. google play music -> cast for audio device). Observe casting works as expected.
2. Suspend laptop / close lid. Observe casting is still active.
3. Resume usage of laptop on a new network. (e.g. home -> work)
4. On the browser, notice the MR icon is blue, indicating there is an active local route.
5. Click on the MR icon. Observe the route details and sink list are both shown. The route details is blank. There is no active route on the sink list (sink list is empty or completely new set of sinks).

Clicking "STOP" clears the route.
